assisting in troubleshooting issues related to our core platforms and tools.\nParticipate in resolving incidents, responding to queries, and contributing to root cause analysis efforts to prevent recurrence.\nGeneral Administration:\nAssist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.\nContribute to maintaining the security and integrity of the systems, assisting in performing regular data backups, and participating in system documentation efforts.\nPlatform Enhancement:\nParticipate in discussions and provide input for the continuous improvement of Jira and Salesforce platforms.\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide insights that can optimize platform performance.\nIntegration, Security and Project Management:\nCollaborate on integration projects, assisting in the integration of our core platforms and tools with other third-party tools and systems.\nParticipate and support in Security Risk Assessment and Security Requirements Planning\nSupport efforts to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity between platforms.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nTechnical Skills: Basic knowledge and a willingness to learn about working with Jira Service Management, Salesforce, or similar ticketing and CRM platforms.\nProblem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to identify issues and propose effective solutions.\nCommunication Skills: Developing
