is hiring !\nAs Manager, HR Business Partner (Talent & Development), you will help shape,drive, and bring to life the people agenda for the Business Units in your care, with a dedicated focus on context into programmes that land.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTalent Management & Development\nDrive the operational delivery of the organisation's talent review and sucession planning cycle, including scheduling, communications, data preparation and calibration logistics. \nSupport the performance management cycle end to end, ensuring managers and employees are guided through each stage consistently and on time.\nCoordinate and facilitate development programmes, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and meaningful participation.\nDevelop and update career pathing framework, development tools and HR programme materials, keeping them current and accessible.\nSupport the employee enagagement survey cycle, including coordination, action planning faciliation with business units, and progress tracking.\nComplie and present data on programmes participation and effectiveness to support recommendations by HR leadership.\nHR Business Partnering\nCoach and advise managers and senior leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and HR best practices.\nPartner with senior leadership to advise on and execute HR initiatives that support business goals. \nSupport change management planning and execution within your business units, including restructures, role changes, and workforce transitions.\nUser HR data and metrics to identify trends and make proactive recommendations to business leaders.\nRepresent HR in business unit conversations, connecting people matters to business outcomes.\nAs a member of the Team\nRepresent Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the HRIS and Operations team to ensure people programmes are integrated and coherent.\nContribute to and lead ad-hoc HR projects as needed.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in any discipline. 6 to 8 years of HR experience, with exposure to both HR Business Partnering and talent management or development programmes.\nExperience working in a multi-country or matrix environment.\nStrong programme coordination and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nGood communicaor and relationship builder across different levels and functions\nDetail-oriented, organised, and reliable in delivery.\nCollaborative, resilient, and comfortable working within a structued team where direction is set
