ticketing systems.\n\nPerform basic threat intelligence lookups and log analysis to support investigations.\n\nFollow defined playbooks and assist in fine-tuning alert rules and use cases.\n\nSupport daily health checks on security monitoring tools and systems.\n\nMaintain awareness of current cybersecurity threats and trends.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation & Certification:\nDiploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nRelevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CompTIA Security+, EC-Council CEH, Microsoft SC-200, etc.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).\n\nFamiliarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm).\n\nBasic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.\n\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and common attack
