Responsibilities\nOversee IT service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nMonitor service performance, project deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.\nReview technical solutions, architecture designs and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise IT infrastructure and security requirements.\nProvide technical recommendations and support decision-making on IT solutions and service improvements.\nCoordinate major incident and problem management, including reviewing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and tracking remediation actions.\nManage vendor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues.\nEnsure compliance with organisational IT policies, IM8 and cybersecurity requirements.\nPrepare service performance reports, facilitate governance meetings and maintain relevant operational documentation.\nSupport technical project coordination and ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.\nRelevant experience in IT service delivery, technical service management, project management or IT infrastructure operations.\nExperience managing vendors, managed service providers or outsourced IT services.\nGood technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, applications and cybersecurity.\nAbility to review and assess technical solutions, architecture designs and implementation approaches.\nFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, change and service-level management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities effectively.\nRelevant certifications such
