# Technical Services & Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Oversee IT service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor service performance, project deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies. Review technical solutions, architecture designs and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise IT infrastructure and security requirements. Provide technical recommendations and support decision-making on IT solutions and service improvements. Coordinate major incident and problem management, including reviewing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and tracking remediation actions. Manage vendor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies, IM8 and cybersecurity requirements. Prepare service performance reports, facilitate governance meetings and maintain relevant operational documentation. Support technical project coordination and ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues.
