greater Chicago.\nWhat we need you to contribute to Ensono:\nDesign, build, and support ServiceNow-centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer\n\nDevelop and operate AWS-based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems\n\nCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements\n\nActively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team’s integration platform\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks\n\nSkills & Behaviors that are reliable indications that you can contribute:\nHands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations using:\n\nREST APIs (inbound and outbound)\n\nIntegrationHub and Flow Designer\n\nScripted logic and custom actions\n\nStrong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST-based authentication and error handling\n\nPractical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch\n\nProficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development\n\nExperience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments\n\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and
