The consultant will partner with Finance, Procurement, FP&A, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nThis role combines deep functional expertise in finance and procurement processes with advanced Workday configuration, integration, reporting, and planning capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership\nServe as a trusted advisor to Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and Accounting leadership.\nDefine and execute Workday roadmap initiatives aligned with business strategy.\nLead transformation programs focused on process standardization, automation, and AI adoption.\nWorkday Financials\nConfigure and optimize Workday Financial Management modules, including:General Ledger\nAccounts Payable\nAccounts Receivable\nExpenses\nCash Management\nAsset Management\nBanking & Settlement\nRevenue Management\nProject Accounting\n\nDesign and enhance business processes, approvals, controls, and reporting.\nProcurement & Supplier Management\nImplement and support:Requisitions\nPurchase Orders\nSupplier Management\nStrategic Sourcing\nSupplier Contracts\nSpend Analytics\n\nDrive procurement automation and supplier lifecycle improvements.\nImprove spend visibility, compliance, and purchasing efficiency.\nIntroduce AI wherever appropriate to automate procurement processes & reporting.\nAdaptive Planning & FP&A\nLead Adaptive Planning solutions including:Budgeting\nForecasting\nWorkforce Planning\nScenario Modeling\nExecutive Dashboards\nDriver-Based Planning\n\nDevelop financial models, dimensions, attributes, calculations, and access controls.\nPartner with FP&A teams to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support capabilities.\nReporting, Analytics & AI\nDevelop Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.\nSupport Workday AI capabilities, predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and financial insights.\nDeliver executive-level analytics and performance reporting.\nIntegrations & Security\nDesign and support integrations using:EIB\nWorkday Studio\nREST APIs\nSOAP APIs\nCloud Connect\n\nManage Workday security roles, domains, and segregation-of-duty controls.\nEnsure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.\nProject Delivery\nLead end-to-end implementations and enhancement projects.\nGather requirements, create solution designs, facilitate workshops, and manage testing.\nCoordinate UAT, release management, and production deployments.\nMentor junior consultants and project team members.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n8+ years of Workday Financials experience.\n5+ years of Workday Procurement experience.\n5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience.\nProven experience delivering global Workday Finance and Procurement implementations.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement operations.
