Check us out at www.ensono.com.\nJob Responsibilities:\nHands on experience with IBM DataPower or IBM MQ with at least 6 years of implementation, support, and upgrade.\nExperience in other IBM products would be beneficial.\nFull knowledge to install and configure high availability compute solutions supporting business critical functions.\nFull understanding of virtual servers and operating systems, block, file, and object storage, and data protection.\nUnderstands how the whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy.\nUnderstanding of multiple scripting languages to develop solutions for automation and reporting.\nWork in a team to design computer system configurations.\nDesign and document procedures to apply operating systems patches, code and firmware updates to systems infrastructure.\nParticipate in primary design meetings for Client disaster recovery planning.\nResearch system vulnerabilities and provide documentation for future use implementing corrective actions as required.\nDevelop guidelines and procedures for systems management including process and efficiency improvements.\nMonitor and tune systems to identify and eliminate issues and potential bottlenecks.\nPrepare periodic reports related to capacity and utilization.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nResults oriented team player who will work towards meeting team commitments.\nDemonstrated track record of meeting SLAs and production deadlines.\nExperience with system configuration automation (Scripting with Perl/Python/Bash or DevOps tools like Chef/Puppet).\nAbility to mentor technical operations staff in appropriate technologies, as needed.\nUnderstanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspective is a plus.\nAWS, Azure and GCP knowledge in designing, provisioning, monitoring and managing the environment is a big plus.\nExperience with DevOps and Agile frameworks is a plus.\nShift Timing- 24*7 Rotational Shift\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
