And that’s just the beginning.\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Network Expert with 15+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex enterprise and data center network environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across routing, switching, network security, load balancing, SD-WAN, and modern data center technologies while serving as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical business and client environments.\nThis role is primarily focused on network operations (60%), including management of complex incidents, escalations, problem management, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and ensuring network stability across enterprise environments. The remaining 40% of the role involves network design, deployment, architecture review, and implementation of strategic infrastructure initiatives, including data center, cloud, and network transformation projects.\nCandidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
