And that’s just the beginning.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupports all Network environments for Ensono clients\nProvide L3 Operations support for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network communications and operations issues impacting client, backbone access, or performance\nDesign, engineer, and implement complex network solutions in a variety of disciplines, security postures, access control, and infrastructure\nResponsible for Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Event Management, and Problem Management for all client environments\nPerform a consultative role to both internal and external customers and at all levels of the organization\nUnderstanding of large-scale network capacity management and modeling.\nProactively monitor client network performance to assess and making recommendations for improvement\nDrive and implement network solutions-based architectures to increase efficiencies\nProactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes improvement\nProvide strategic technical direction on highly complex network projects or activities involving the selection and recommendation of design approach and systems technology\nPerforms client and market research to define and qualify strategy and direction.\nResearch and develop innovative solutions around existing network solutions and future technologies.
