Our Associates focus on client impact with curiosity and a feeling of relentless commitment.\nAbout the role and what you will be doing:\nAs a Senior .NET Consultant at Ensono Digital, you will play a key delivery and technical leadership role within your project, operating as a trusted senior engineer who supports high-quality outcomes while helping the team and client realise the business value of their cloud investment. You will typically support a Tech Lead or Lead Consultant, taking ownership of significant technical areas or sub-systems within a larger solution. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with Ensono Digital colleagues and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and deliver modern, cloud-native solutions using contemporary engineering practices. Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to Ensono Digital communities, share knowledge, and continuously develop your skills and career as a senior consultant.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and architect components and sub-systems within larger, complex solutions\nWrite high-quality, testable .NET code and contribute to the delivery of cloud-native solutions\nWork across the full project lifecycle in close collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders\nTranslate business requirements into well-defined technical designs and sub-system architectures\nContribute to discovery, planning, design reviews, and architectural decision-making\nWork in a spec-driven way, refining specifications, acceptance criteria, and architectural decisions to reduce ambiguity before and during implementation\nMake effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and learning, while remaining accountable for outputs produced\nAct as a senior role model within the team, resolving technical challenges and informally coaching and mentoring junior engineers\nMaintain strong engineering standards, clear documentation, and a positive, collaborative team environment \nContribute to Ensono Digital communities and core competency groups through knowledge sharing and continuous learning\nRequirements:\nProven experience developing high-quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET)\nExperience building and operating systems on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS\nStrong understanding of microservice and distributed architectures, including their benefits and trade-offs\nAbility to translate business requirements into well-defined designs and sub-system architectures\nExperience writing integration and end-to-end tests, using approaches such as BDD where appropriate\nAccountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards throughout delivery\nStrong technical communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain solution purpose and design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nProven ability to resolve technical challenges confidently within complex delivery environments and take responsibility for outcomes within scope\nAbility to contribute constructively to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews\nComfortable working with AI-assisted development tools, applying professional judgment and remaining accountable for results\nCollaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to knowledge sharing and supporting the growth of others\nProfessional, proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients\nBenefits:\nWe believe that great work deserves great rewards.
