The role partners across teams to translate complex business and operational needs into scalable, resilient solutions that advance automation strategy and improve client outcomes.\nKey Areas of Focus for this Role\n· Leverage deep systems expertise and project leadership to architect and deliver scalable automation across multiple platforms.\n· Engineer and guide solutions that align tool capabilities with complex business requirements to deliver a superior client experience.\n· Lead the identification and design of solutions that reduce or eliminate manual intervention, enabling teams to focus on higher-value problem management by automating corrective actions in response to defined alert types.\n· Lead the delivery of high-quality solutions using agile development methodologies, setting technical direction and promoting effective engineering practices.\n· Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of existing tools, identify systemic gaps and improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements that enable proactive detection before issues become availability-impacting incidents.\nWhat the Ideal Candidate Brings to this Role\nRequired Qualifications help to assure new Associates are set up for success in their role with Ensono. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
