As an AI Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping and delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations, you'll help turn emerging AI opportunities into practical solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experiences and deliver measurable business value\nYou will:\nIdentify and assess opportunities to leverage AI across multiple business functions\nLead AI transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through to implementation and adoption\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions\nManage a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets\nSupport the development of AI roadmaps and transformation plans aligned to strategic business goals\nWork alongside Technology and Data teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical and effectively embedded\nMonitor the performance and impact of AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement and value realisation\nStay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation\nYou have:\nExperience delivering large-scale business or digital transformation programmes\nProven experience managing AI, automation, analytics or technology-enabled change initiatives\nStrong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning and process automation\nExperience building business cases and prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact\nKnowledge of AI governance, risk management and responsible AI principles\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across a global business.
