We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to play a key role in shaping that output, creating culturally relevant, socially fluent and channel-agnostic ideas that connect with audiences across the full customer journey.\nWorking closely with our Creative Directors, the Associate Creative Director will take a senior creative role across major briefs, from initial concept and creative development through to execution. You'll turn strategic and audience insight into bold creative ideas that can live across social, digital, film, experiential, activations and wider brand communications.\nThis is a hands-on creative leadership role. You'll originate ideas, shape the creative narrative, provide copy and art direction, and raise the standard of the work around you. You'll present and sell ideas to senior stakeholders, while collaborating with strategy, social, design and production to bring those ideas to life. You'll also help develop other creatives and contribute to a culture where bold thinking, collaboration and high creative standards are part of the everyday.\nWhat you'll do\nThe Associate Creative Director will:\nLead integrated creative briefs from strategic thinking and concept development through to execution across social, digital, film, print, experiential and activations.\nDevelop original ideas rooted in audience and cultural insight, translating brand platforms into distinctive campaigns, experiences and content.\nProvide strong copy and art direction, protecting the central creative idea as work moves from concept into production.\nLead social and digital shoots, including scripting and creative direction across production teams, crew and talent.\nPresent and sell creative thinking to senior stakeholders, while providing clear direction and constructive feedback to other creatives.\nWhat this opportunity offers\nAs an Associate Creative Director, you'll:\nShape highly visible creative work across a portfolio of globally recognised betting and gaming brands.\nWork across an unusually broad mix of channels, from film and social to experiential activations and real-world brand moments.\nInfluence projects at an early stage rather than simply executing predetermined creative solutions.\nHelp shape the creative standards and culture of an expanding in-house agency.\n Essential skills and experience\nThe role requires:\nSenior creative experience as an Associate Creative Director, Senior Creative or equivalent within an integrated, digital or creative agency environment.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking and successful 360° campaigns across multiple channels.\nExcellent copywriting and art direction instincts, with the ability to turn strategic insight into simple, powerful creative ideas.\nHands-on production experience, including taking concepts into shoots and working confidently with production teams, crew and talent.\nStrong knowledge of social and digital platforms, combined with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders and guide other creatives.\n Benefits include\nGenerous group bonus scheme\nHybrid working - 2 days in the office\nPrivate medical insurance\nPension scheme - matched to 6%\nAdditional \"It's Your Game\" day off to use at either Christmas or New Year\nEntain & Enhance days - 2 paid days off to focus on your professional or personal development\nShare save scheme\nWe're an equal opportunities employer.
