Entain Careers is the global recruitment portal for Entain plc, one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming groups, which powers iconic brands like Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin, and PartyPoker. The site serves as a centralized hub for prospective employees to discover job opportunities spanning technology, data analytics, corporate operations, and customer service across international offices.

We’re Entain, a FTSE 100 company and one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming groups, with over £5 billion in annual revenue and operations across 30+ regulated markets. Our portfolio includes some of the most recognised brands in the industry - Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin, BetMGM etc.

The Performance Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, pace and delivery discipline to our key campaigns and initiatives.

This role is the operational engine of the team. You will play a central role in planning and delivering major UK Performance Marketing activity, including large-scale sporting moments and commercial campaigns such as the World Cup, Cheltenham etc.

This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders across the UK business. You will attend strategy and planning meetings, prepare status updates and analysis for senior leadership, and act as one of the main points of contact for Performance Marketing across key campaigns and initiatives.

It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, working across multiple teams, and being close to the commercial heartbeat of a fast-moving marketing function.

Campaign planning and delivery

  • Orchestrate planning and delivery for major campaigns. Build and maintain clear campaign timelines, project plans and dependency maps.
  • Run launch readiness checks to make sure creative, landing pages, tracking, offers, compliance approvals and stakeholder sign-offs are in place.
  • Support post-campaign reviews to capture learnings, performance insights and improvement areas for future campaigns.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Act as one of the main points of contact for the Performance Marketing team across key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare clear status updates, campaign summaries and analysis reports for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate activity across Performance Marketing channels, Creative, Brand, Commercial, CRM, Compliance, and Analytics.
  • Chase actions, resolve ambiguity and ensure teams have the information they need to move forward.
  • Identify blockers, risks and dependencies early. Escalate issues clearly and constructively before they become launch problems.

Process improvement

  • Improve the way we plan, launch and review campaigns. Identify recurring operational pain points and help fix them.
  • Help build repeatable processes, templates and ways of working for campaign delivery.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.

You should have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management, account management or marketing operations experience.
  • Experience working in or with large, corporate organisations.
  • Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Excel, PowerPoint.

Nice to have

The following would be helpful, but are not essential:

  • Experience in B2C marketing.
  • Experience in a regulated industry.

Why join us:

  • High-visibility role with access to leadership and the opportunity to shape how a major marketing function operates.
  • Help deliver some of the biggest commercial and sporting moments in the calendar.
  • Competitive compensation package.

At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance. Join us, and a competitive salary is just the beginning. Working for us in London, you can expect to receive great benefits like:

  • Generous group bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
  • Private medical insurance
  • Pension scheme - matched to 6%
  • Ability to buy and sell holiday
  • Free subscription to wellbeing app Unmind
  • Additional “It’s Your Game” day off to use at either Christmas or New Year
  • Entain & Enhance days - 2 paid days off to focus on your professional or personal development
  • Share save scheme

And outside of this, you’ll have the chance to turn recognition from leaders and colleagues into amazing prizes. Join a winning team of talented people and be a part of an inclusive and supportive community where everyone is celebrated for being themselves.
