You will be reporting to one of our team leads and manage the identification and prevention of fraud.\nAre you looking for an opportunity to add true value to a team?\nWhat you will do\nCommunicate with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care;\nAnalyse customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems;\nAnalyse records of Affiliate accounts, to make sure whether there are any irregularities;\nSuggest improvements to procedures, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care;\nInvestigate financial irregularities on accounts; Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud;\nHelp maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact;\nInvestigate risk issues relating to third-party processors;\nCheck gaming history.\n Qualifications\nDo you have sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge?\nFluent English and German at business level;\nAre you able to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns?\nPossess very good command of Microsoft office tools?\nDo you have logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach?\nCan you express decision-making and problem solving skills?\n Benefits\nAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
