In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops no two days are the same and you'll have the chance to contribute to a team that wins together and does what's right by our customers.\nReporting to the Shop Manager you will be part of the Shop team, who will serve customers and build relationships to encourage repeat custom.\nSalary is £13.00 per hour\nAre you ready to launch a winning career?\nWhat you will do\nDeliver outstanding customer service.\nAlways urge safer gambling.\nTake bets on different sports and events.\nProcess customer transactions including cash handling.\nHelp demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.\nHandle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.\nWork towards defined targets.\nMaintain high shop standards.\nOpen or close the shop.\nWork patterns\nOur shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays.\nYour typical weekly rota will be 32.5 hours. We will make it up of a blend of long opening or closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts.
