Unblock the pod before it gets blocked.\nGet your hands dirty: prototype, script, or contribute code with AI assistance when it moves the mission faster.\nUnderstand the engineering decisions behind the product architecture trade-offs, system constraints, and deployment impact.\nTrack mission KPIs in production and use outcomes to steer what comes next.\nCollaborate across pods, stakeholders, and commercial partners spanning multiple geographies.\nRequirements:\nAI Fluency: AI is the primary way we engineer. You prompt, evaluate, and iterate. Manual coding is a deliberate choice, not the default.\nCross-Functional Versatility: \"That's not my area\" doesn't exist. You contribute beyond your discipline, share openly, and communicate clearly across formats.\nCustomer and Value Awareness: Ask \"why\" and \"for whom\" before \"how. \" Zoom out to see the business, and zoom in to trace the bug. Map dependencies before you build.\nCraft pride in the quality of what you create, specs, prototypes, or code, with AI assistance. Clear structure, attention to detail, and a bar that applies to every artifact you ship.\nTechnical Curiosity: Build a prototype and break it before reading the docs. Stay curious about how things work.\nAgency and Entrepreneurship: Don't wait for permission. Own outcomes end-to-end, make others successful, and challenge the status quo.\nMust Have:\nExperienced product manager with a track record of delivering excellent digital experiences.\nStrong product strategy, discovery, and prioritization skills (RICE, impact mapping, or equivalent).\nAbility to write clear specs and acceptance criteria that engineering and AI agents can act on.\nData-driven decision-making;
