enterprises\nMentor peers and influence architectural direction across the platform\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of professional experience, with strong full stack expertise\nMastery of React, Bun, Elixir, Phoenix, TypeScript, Tailwind\nDeep knowledge of event-driven architectures, Actor Systems, State Machines, Event Sourcing, and other distributed patterns\nProven experience with distributed systems and Web Standards\nFamiliarity with cloud-native practices, APIs, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes\nExperience working with both structured and unstructured databases\nKnowledge of advanced distributed algorithms such as CRDTs, Raft, MapReduce, VRRs, and Bloom filters\nNotions of AI technologies, architectures, and techniques such as transformers, embeddings, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, and explainability frameworks\nPassion for modern, composable, distributed, and holistic architectures\nNice to Have\nBackground in micro frontends, microservices, or message brokers (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ)\nExperience with polyglot runtimes and language-agnostic platforms\nOpen-source contributions or community engagement\nExperience designing
