Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and document business processes to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.\nManage operational incidents, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner while following ITIL best practices.\nWork with cross-functional teams to determine root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventative measures to reduce incidents.\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure systems and applications comply with business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.\nFacilitate discussions with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for new projects.\nConduct stakeholder interviews to obtain user requirements and define functional specification.\nConduct user acceptance testing and defect management during testing phases of projects.\nProvide business process analysis and recommendation for process improvements.\nMentor junior team members on business analysis best practices and methodologies.\nThis is a full-time position.\nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociate's degree.\n1- 3 years of experience as an IT business analyst.\nTechnical knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.\nExperience working in an ITIL environment and understanding of ITIL framework best practices.\nDemonstrated experience working on complex IT projects, with the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nComfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nProficient in business analysis methodologies and tools such as Use Case Modeling, UML, Data Flow Diagrams, and ERDs.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile.\nMust be clearable for a US Government Clearance\nDesired Qualifications\nClearance Preference:\nDHS EOD - 1st priority\nAny DHS badge + DoD Top Secret or Secret - 2nd choice\nDoD Secret or Top Secret + willingness to get EOD clearance - 3rd choice (it can take 45 days to obtain EOD clearance - work can only begin once the clearance is fully adjudicated)\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
