As the Cloud Network Engineer, you will supporting a lead role in the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring network performance and security are maintained at optimal levels.\nWorking on a team consisting of Cloud Architects, Engineers, and Administrators supporting the enterprise, you will be responsibile for the following:\nDesign, plan, and establish cloud networks using various cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud.\nDesign network architectures considering high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.\nConfigure Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), subnets, transit gateways, VPN connections, and other cloud network components.\nAnalyze cloud network traffic patterns and optimize for performance.\nCollaborate with other teams to ensure applications are using network resources efficiently.\nImplement Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), load balancers, and other strategies to optimize user access.\nInstall, maintain and evaluate network systems and communications and troubleshoots the most complex network issues. \nConduct various researches and analysis regarding new technology, network traffic, potential security risk, etc. \nLead the network architecture design and optimization. Must have extensive knowledge of Internet, computer, routers, switches, firewall, etc. \nWork on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. \nMay provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Cloud Network Engineer role and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.-OR-Minimum of 9 years of experience in a Cloud Network Engineer role.\nExperience focused on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components and associated networking tools and services, such as AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, or GCP Cloud VPC.\nExperience in working with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. \nFamiliarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)\nKnowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.\nFamiliarity with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates, and key management.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills. \nCloud-specific certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Network Engineer or Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer required\nNetwork-related certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Juniper's JNCIA, JNCIS or CompTIA Network+ required\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Homeland Security EOD clearance (Requirements 1. US Citizenship, 2.
