The role requires strong expertise in operational leadership within a fast-paced enterprise environment.\nProven ability to lead technical teams through all phases of the SDLC-design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nDemonstrated experience guiding architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices for multi-platform systems.\nStrong mentoring capabilities, with the ability to coach junior and mid-level engineers across multiple technology stacks.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional deliverables, managing technical risks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architectural patterns.\nEnsure operational activities align with change management, security, and governance processes.\nCoordinate with federal leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and partner teams to support mission and operational objectives.\nCoordinate with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, identity management, and infrastructure teams to support integrated enterprise services.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience leading Agile software development teams, providing technical leadership and hands-on guidance.\nProven experience in full-stack web application development.\nStrong development expertise with technologies such as Java Spring Boot, AngularJS/Angular, .NET, C#, and Visual Basic.\nExperience building and deploying applications in containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose.\nExperience designing and developing responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, jQuery)\nExperience designing and implementing data access layers and database schemas using JPA or similar ORM frameworks.\nProficiency in writing automated tests, including unit, integration, functional, accessibility (508), performance, and end-to-end tests.\nHands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tooling for automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment.\nExperience working in AWS Cloud environments, including services such as Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), Kafka (managed or self-hosted), and cloud-native architectures.\nStrong database experience with platforms including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and familiarity with data visualization and reporting using Tableau.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.\nStrong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving ability, and commitment to continuous improvement.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise or government IT environments.\nBackground in identity and access management, including SSO, certificate-based authentication, and endpoint security solutions.\nExperience coordinating operational support activities, including change management, incident response, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong troubleshooting abilities, along with excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nAdvanced proficiency in Java (Java 17, Java 11, Java 1.8/1.8.0.2) with hands-on experience leading development of enterprise-scale applications.\nStrong front-end engineering capabilities using Angular (including AngularJS 13, 13.3.9, and 8.2).\nDeep experience deploying and orchestrating containerized applications using Amazon EKS and Docker.\nSolid background with relational databases including PostgreSQL (11.5), PostgreSQL 10, Oracle (12.1, 19c, 19.0), and Microsoft SQL Server 15.0.\nExpertise building and maintaining .NET applications using .NET/C#, .NET/C# 4.6, .NET/Visual Basic 6, and .NET/Visual Basic 4.8.\nFamiliarity with enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server (including Windows Server 2019) and general Windows administration practices.\nExperience configuring and managing IIS 10.0 and IIS 6.0 web hosting environments.\nExperience working within AWS cloud environments, including AWS EC2 2016.\nAbility to interpret and build dashboards or analytics using Tableau.\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
