This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the broader meshONE capability, supporting the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and their mission partners.\nIf you thrive in dynamic settings and excel at balancing competing priorities, we invite you to be part of our innovative team.\nJob Overview\nAs a Maintenance Data Analyst, you will:\nCollect, clean, and analyze maintenance data to identify patterns and trends.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness and efficiency.\nCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset management and preventive maintenance strategies.\nConduct root cause analysis of maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy in maintenance management systems.\nAssist in optimizing maintenance workflows and resource allocation based on data analysis.\nJob Responsibilities\nData Collection & Analysis\nGather, clean, and preprocess maintenance-related data from various sources.\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and insights within maintenance data to improve performance.\nReporting & Visualization\nCreate interactive dashboards and reports to communicate maintenance performance and trends.\nPresent findings to leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.\nCollaboration & Process Improvement\nWork closely with maintenance teams to refine maintenance strategies and operational processes.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.\nPredictive & Preventive Maintenance Support\nDevelop models for predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment failures.\nAssist in implementing preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime and increase asset lifespan.\nCompliance & Data Integrity\nEnsure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.\nMaintain and enhance data governance practices within maintenance management systems.\nCompliance and Safety\nEnsure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nGather feedback from stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.\nPosition Details\nJob Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday.
