This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the broader meshONE capability, supporting the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and their mission partners.\nJob Responsibilities\nData Collection & Analysis\nGather, clean, and preprocess maintenance-related data from various sources.\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and insights within maintenance data to improve performance.\nReporting & Visualization\nCreate interactive dashboards and reports to communicate maintenance performance and trends.\nPresent findings to leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.\nCollaboration & Process Improvement\nWork closely with maintenance teams to refine maintenance strategies and operational processes.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.\nPredictive & Preventive Maintenance Support\nDevelop models for predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment failures.\nAssist in implementing preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime and increase asset lifespan.\nCompliance & Data Integrity\nEnsure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.\nMaintain and enhance data governance practices within maintenance management systems.\nCompliance and Safety\nEnsure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nGather feedback from stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.\nPosition Details\nJob Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday. May require work outside regular business hours to address urgent priorities.\nWork Environment: In-office position directly supporting improvement and maintenance activities.\nLocation: Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO.\n Travel: Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Denver).\nSalary Range: $140,000 - $150,000\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nProficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.\nExperience with maintenance management systems (CMMS, EAM, REMIS, or similar).\nAbility to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.\nFamiliarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and asset lifecycle management.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.\nExceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience working in a maintenance, logistics, or operations environment.\nKnowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance.\nUnderstanding of reliability engineering principles.\nExperience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExtensive knowledge of Department of Defense service activities and operations.\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
