This role is accountable for program execution across mission support, software development, cybersecurity, operations, and modernization.\nThe Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team sustaining Legacy OIS while advancing OIS Next Gen capabilities. The role requires strong customer partnership, disciplined program controls, and the ability to coordinate complex technical work while protecting operational continuity for Navy and Marine Corps users.\n*This position can be performed remotely; however, travel to customer site in Mechanicsburg, PA, and Yorktown, VA, (among other locations) will be required occasionally (~20% travel).\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Team Support:\nLead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 70+ personnel, providing direction, mentorship, and support. \nCreate a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging innovation and professional growth. \nTechnical Oversight Assistance:\nProvide technical guidance and oversight in areas such as help desk, shipboard deployments, network infrastructure, software development, mobile platforms, cyber security, data, testing, cloud computing, and enterprise service operations. \nEnsure the alignment of technical solutions with project goals and government standards. \nStrategic Planning & Execution Support:\nDevelop and implement comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. \nMonitor program performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results. \nStakeholder Engagement:\nAct as a key point of contact for Navy customer and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication. \nPrepare and present briefs, reports, and presentations to senior government officials and company executives, conveying complex technical information in an accessible manner. \nOperational Excellence:\nEnsure compliance with all contract requirements, government regulations, and industry standards. \nImplement and maintain best practices in program management, process improvement, and quality assurance. \nAdaptability & Problem-Solving:\nNavigate and manage high-stress situations with composure, making informed decisions in a rapidly changing environment. \nAnticipate and address challenges, working with the team to adapt strategies and solutions as needed to meet program objectives. \nSalary Range: $150.000 - $180,000\nMinimum Qualifications\n Must have DOD Secret level clearance to start; U.S. Citizen required only for Federal Clearance Requirement\nBachelor’s degree and at least 10 years’ experience; without a degree 4 additional years of experience would be required\n5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating work across technical, operational, and customer organizations.\nStrong program-management skills, including planning, cost and schedule oversight, risk management, staffing, and performance reporting.\nExperience communicating program status, risks, and recommendations to senior customers and executives.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a delivery environment with operational constraints.\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. \nStrong written, verbal, and organizational.\nMust be a self-starter, strong leader, and have the ability to work independently with little supervision. \nDesired Qualifications\nDesired Certifications: Directive 8570.1/8140 - IAT II: Security+; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or DAU Level III Project Management certification\nNavy IT Program experience\nLogistics experience, preferably DoD\nExperience managing large scale software development projects\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
