The ideal candidate will be a pro-active, energetic, assertive individual willing to exceed the customer’s expectations within the scope and performance of contract requirements.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to the following:\nCoordinate Trainers to conduct New Equipment Training (NET) as well as ensuring their knowledge of all systems\nDevelop and or maintain the cohesiveness of the staff in support of the customer\nMust be detailed oriented to ensure proper accountability of the GFE equipment\nCoordinate with Site Lead and/or unit for Training events\nCoordinate all training events with Government Training Team Manager\nManage training mission tracker and assign trainers to support missions\nDevelop and maintain a structured process to impart knowledge through teaching and learning to enable and enhance the instructor’s ability to perform in all situations\nAssist the Training Development section with revising/updating Training Support Packages, Lesson Plans and Instructor Guides \nMaintain training database, tracking all training conducted\nAttend various meetings with the PM and PdM leadership and be prepared to brief instructor status\nObserve and evaluate instructors during missions\nSalary range: $125,000.00 - $142,000.00\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret level security clearance\nBachelor's degree and Master's degree (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)\nMinimum 15 years of training experience on Radar systems for a DoD Program Office\nManages New Equipment Training (NET) for over 500 radar systems\nServe as the Training Lead for the Program for all senior level briefings\nMaintains the Learning Management System and all training records for over 1000 soldiers\nHave a valid US Driver’s License and possess a valid US Passport\nIndividual must be a self-starter with the ability to function autonomously, possibly in austere locations, with little or no direct supervision\nCommunicate clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) complex thoughts and ideas\nWilling to participate in PdM M2S2 Cross-Training to become proficient at Fielding, Training and Operational Maintenance across the family of Radars Systems as SME on Primary System and as an assistant on a Secondary System\nKnowledge and understanding of radar theory, radar design, field testing, and electro-mechanical maintenance analysis, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair/replace techniques, and documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to read, interpret, and follow schematics\nProficiency with MS Office Suite\nMust be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more unassisted\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
