You will be responsible for providing system administration support, monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and work ticket queues in ServiceNow.\nActively monitor for unassigned tickets and take ownership to resolve.\nProcess requests for ticket transfer, escalation, or re-assignment.\nCategorize and assign tickets to the appropriate team.\nFollow up on customer tickets daily (including tickets belonging to other team members)\nTroubleshoot & resolve Windows 10-11 issues in person, by phone or email.\nCreate, edit or remove users from Active Directory.\nPerform physical system build imaging including system recovery, disk encryption and profiling.\nInstall new applications, perform system upgrades, migrate user profiles.\nPosition is on-site 5 days a week in College Park MD\nSalary DOE: $55-60K\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be able to work independently to execute against sets of procedures and be able to lift 50 pounds\nMust have keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills\nMust have 1-3 years experience with Windows Systems Administration:Create and manage user accounts and permissions, including adding or removing users and setting up group policies. \nManage various server roles, including Active Directory, file servers, DNS, and web servers. \nInstall, configure, and deploy Windows operating systems, physical servers, and virtual machines\n\nEligibility/Clearance Requirements: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship and is able to be cleared at the Public Trust Level\nAbout Us\nFormed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
