This role enables effective engineering change management and manufacturing execution through close coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFacilitates the process of releasing new products, derivatives, and changes to new or existing products and processes.\nThe individual will create Change Order's that precipitate the release of materials, documents and BOMs into the MRP system.\nThe position requires tracking of CO's in process to prompt next step owners to complete tasks on high priority CO's\nThis person enters new material information, documents, and BOMs into the MRP system as well as updating material masters.\nDetailed knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), Part Numbering Systems, and Part Creation practices.\nProcess engineering change orders using PLM & EPDM ensuring completeness as well as driving engineering changes through each step of the ECO process.\nResponsible for implementing engineering changes in the company SAP (MRP) system.\nResponsible for working with Operations and Purchasing in implementing engineering changes to ensure that part disposition in ECO is properly completed.\nWhat We Seek:\nExperience with document control, including ECO processing, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, part creation, and implementation of engineering changes \nAssociate Degree in Engineering or Technology \nDiploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field (MQF Level 4 or 5)\nTechnical knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nHighly organized with strong attention to detail \nAbility to edit engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups \nExperience with SolidWorks (AutoCAD, Pro/E, Visio, and FileMaker experience is a plus) \nAbility to make minor drawing modifications per engineer markups\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nExperience with engineering change management, including ECO processing and implementation of engineering changes \nStrong working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbering systems, and part creation practices \nExperience processing engineering changes using PLM and EPDM systems, ensuring completeness and end-to-end workflow execution \nExposure to implementing engineering changes within SAP / MRP systems \nAbility to edit engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups \nExperience with SolidWorks; exposure to AutoCAD, Pro/E, Visio, and FileMaker is an advantage \nHigh level of organization with the ability to track multiple change orders (COs) and drive timely closure with cross-functional stakeholders\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
