Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator Advisor, Shared Services to support day-to-day HR operational activities, including time and attendance administration, employee benefits support, record maintenance and employee inquiries. While part of the HR Shared Services team, this role is primarily based in Kulim to provide on-site support to employees and managers, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operational activities, including time and attendance administration, employee benefits support, record maintenance and employee inquiries.

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, leave transactions, overtime, shift schedules and related workforce data.

• Ensure timely and accurate HR data updates to support payroll processing and reporting requirements.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide administrative support on HR-related matters.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.

• Prepare reports, validate data, and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR operations and employee programs.

• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions and other HR shared services activities.

• Assist with process improvement initiatives, system testing and special projects as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, payroll support, or a related area.

• Experience in Malaysia time and attendance administration is an added advantage.

• Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Work Arrangement

• Contract Duration: 1 Year

• Work Location: Kulim, Kedah

• Required to work on-site in Kulim

• Occasional travel to the Penang office may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), timekeeping, or attendance systems.

• Exposure to HR shared services, payroll support, employee benefits administration, or HR operations processes.

• Familiarity with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
