While part of the HR Shared Services team, this role is primarily based in Kulim to provide on-site support to employees and managers, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR services.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport HR operational activities, including time and attendance administration, employee benefits support, record maintenance and employee inquiries.\nMonitor and maintain employee attendance records, leave transactions, overtime, shift schedules and related workforce data.\nEnsure timely and accurate HR data updates to support payroll processing and reporting requirements.\nServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide administrative support on HR-related matters.\nMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.\nPrepare reports, validate data, and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR operations and employee programs.\nSupport onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions and other HR shared services activities.\nAssist with process improvement initiatives, system testing and special projects as assigned.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.\nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, payroll support, or a related area.\nExperience in Malaysia time and attendance administration is an added advantage.\nExperience supporting employees in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and administrative skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion.\nWork Arrangement\nContract Duration: 1 Year\nWork Location: Kulim, Kedah\nRequired to work on-site in Kulim \nOccasional travel to the Penang office may be required\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Workforce Management (WFM), timekeeping, or attendance systems.\nExposure to HR shared services, payroll support, employee benefits administration, or HR operations processes.\nFamiliarity with Malaysian employment practices and statutory
