Support sourcing, cost saving and supplier development efforts across the BU’s.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nThe ability to develop, lead, motivate, and continuously improve within a global sourcing team.\n\nProficiency of establishing relationships with key business and technology partners that assure alignment and successful outcomes\n\nTimely identification and efficient execution of key supplier projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCompetency in positioning team to implement a supply base that can fully support the successful launch of new products\n\nIdentification and implementation of new supplier management elements to enhance the Global Procurement organization\n\nThe capacity to leverage key suppliers to support Entegris growth and profitability goals\n\nRequirements:\nBS or MS in engineering, supply chain or related;\n\nThe ability to understand total cost models;\n\nA leader with a strong technical background in part fabrication with the ability to effectively motivate teams to achieve collective success;\n\nAn astute capability to recognize the needs and motivations of individuals, and the capability to develop and nurture a wide array of internal and external relationships;\n\nThe capability to quickly understand complex engagements, identify creative business solutions, and drive successful interactions with outside partners;\n\nA dedicated technology inclination for learning, collaborating, and continuous improvement;\n\nDemonstrated negotiating skills, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to persuade suppliers to efficiently support the long term, profitable growth of Entegris;\n\nStrong plastic fabricationfundamentals, with the ability to apply his/her knowledge to current and emerging semiconductor manufacturing needs.\n\nWhy Work At Entegris?\nLead.
