resilience.\nIn this role you will:\nDevelop, enhance, andmaintainstatistical forecasting models to improve demand forecast accuracy over an 18-month planning horizon,leveragingR, Python, and Google Cloud Platform technologies.\n\nOwn andmaintainforecast data and pricing information within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements.\n\nPartner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, update, and refine market demand models using a combination of internal and external data sources.\n\nDesign, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that automate planning processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nAnalyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.\n\nTranslate complex business challenges into scalable, robust, and sustainable analytical solutions through creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of data.\n\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.\n\nContinuously evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and analytical tools to deliver measurable business value.\n\nCollaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to drive adoption of analytical solutions and best practices across the organization.\n\nTraits We Believe Make a Strong Candidate\nStrong analytical and multivariate, and ensemble modeling techniques.\n\nProficiencyin Python and statistical modeling, with experience developing, deploying, andmaintaininganalytical and machine learning solutions.\n\nAbility to work with large, complex datasets and leverage both structured and unstructured data to solve business problems.\n\nStrong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical outputs to business outcomes and planning decisions.\n\nExperience designing scalable, robust, and maintainable data and analytics solutions in a cloud environment.\n\nEffective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively across Demand Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams.\n\nCuriosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion forleveragingdata and technology to drive business value.\n\nSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's orMaster'sdegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.\n\n2+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python.\n\n2+ years of experience in time series forecasting, with a strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques including univariate, multivariate, and ensemble models.\n\n2+ years of experience working with database technologies (SQL or similar), including data modeling, querying, and data management.\n\n1+yearof experience working in a cloud computing environment such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.\n\n2+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.\n\nExperience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and forecasting applications within supply chain, demand planning, or related business functions is preferred.\n\nExperience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems is
