If you are a motivated high performer who wants to work and learn in a fast-growing company, this role is designed for you.\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties\nProvide day to day support for electrical components and assemblies used in our instruments.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and help resolve electrical problems that impact yield or quality.\n\nMaintain process documentation - operating procedures, test specifications, test methods, component drawings, etc.\n\nWork with design engineering to improve manufacturability and reliability of electrical hardware.\n\nSupport new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, test setups, and work instructions.\n\nCollaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and supplier teams to ensure smooth production flow.\n\nUse standard electrical test equipment to diagnose issues during builds or pilot runs.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, including test procedures and engineering change orders.\n\nMaintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.\n\nCompletes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support for electrical products\n\nMust be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering\n\nAbility to read schematics and understand analog/mixed signal circuits\n\nExperience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test tools\n\nFamiliarity with PCB design software\n\nFamiliarity with lasers, photodetectors, or other opto electronic components\n\nExperience with pumps, flowmeters, or fluid handling systems\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross functionally\n\nAbility to communicate effectively and work in a team setting\n\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience with low noise analog circuits or sensor interfaces\n\nExposure to microcontrollers or digital electronics\n\nExperience in semiconductor, medical, or aerospace industries\n\nWork Environment/Physical Requirements\nMust be able to lift up to 45poundsat times.\n\nMust be able to travel between Chaska and Bloomington sites (paid for time and mileage) if the need arises.\n\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the production floor. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests.\n\nAdherence to cleanroom attire standards is required (when in cleanroom).
