Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company.\nIn this role you will:\nConductsolid source delivery cabinet (SSDC) or liquid delivery system (LDS)shipment, installation, set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance for multiple customers\n\nServehardware partsreplacement and software upgrade services for customer requests and development/improvementplan\n\nPerformampoule / canister/ cylinderreplacementwork based on SOP.The replacementworkincludes a leak check and pressure monitoring,etc..\n\nWhen handling chemicals, be sure tostudyand understand theMaterial Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)\n\nOwn customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned withcustomer buying motives and presented in a professional manner\n\nNeed to minimize customercomplaintthrough smooth communication and quick response\n\nCommunicate without barriers with account teams,supply chain, business units, and R&D teams in case oftechnicalissuesandto work efficiently.\n\nTrain customers and fellow colleaguesonrelevanttechnicalknowledge\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic / mechanical / material / chemical engineering is required\n\nSmooth communicationskill isSTRONGLY required\n\nExperience with vacuum valve, pressure gauge, MFC, regulator, fitting, switch,etc..is a plus\n\nExperience with electrical controls, PLC modules, relays,etc..is a plus\n\nExcellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple activities\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) is a plus\n\nProficient in written and verbal English is a plus\n\nYour success will be measured by:\nWe are seeking a Field Service Engineer who demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
