This role is critical to sustaining product quality, enabling production scale-up, and meeting customer and audit requirements across the product lifecycle.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop, validate, and sustain measurement systems, inspection methods, and metrology standards \nLead Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including GR&R and capability studies \nSupport FOUP design qualification, engineering changes, and production ramp-up activities \nDefine and maintain metrology plans, specifications, and control strategies aligned with customer and regulatory requirements \nIdentify, investigate, and resolve measurement-related issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions \nServe as the metrology subject-matter expert (SME) for internal, customer, and regulatory audits \nPartner cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement \nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline \n3-5 years of experience in metrology, dimensional inspection, or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment \nStrong working knowledge of GD&T, MSA, SPC, and statistical capability analysis \nHands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or optical measurement systems \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills \nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or FOUP-related products \nFamiliarity with ISO standards, customer specifications, and audit processes \nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or high-volume manufacturing operations \nDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive improvements under tight timelines \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
