provide training and mentorship to Kaizen teams on Lean methodologies, including PDCA, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for both current and future states etc.\n\nUtilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to assess current processes, uncover inefficiencies, and convert data into actionable insights and improvement plans.\n\nEvaluate the implications of new product transfers on workflows, resource allocation, and process optimization strategies.\n\nDeliver internal training and awareness programs to promote Lean Sigma principles and a continuousimprovementculture across all levels.\n\nUtilize data mining techniques to uncover cost-saving opportunities and implement robust performance tracking systems.\n\nPerform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required to supportorganizationalobjectives.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s degree inIndustrial orManufacturingEngineering, or a related engineering field\n\n3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, orindustrial engineering\n\nProven problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills across all levels of the organization\n\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision\n\nCertification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or equivalent methodologies is highly desirable\n\nProficiency in core industrial engineering techniques;
