This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience to ensure smooth production operations, optimize manufacturing systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes by designing and conducting analysis programs, applying knowledge of product design and fabrication, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.\n\nImprove manufacturing efficiency through workflow analysis, space planning, and equipment layout design. Ensure product and process quality by establishing testing methods, validating process capabilities, and setting standards.\n\nProvide data-driven insights for manufacturing decisions and risk-based solutions to minimize production issues and meet On-Time Shipment (OTS) targets. Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends.\n\nLead FMEA development and updates for assigned manufacturing processes to ensure accurate risk evaluation and mitigation.\n\nReview specifications and implement changes for inquiries and project work under the guidance of the lead engineer and/or manager.\n\nApply knowledge of machine processes and experience in high-volume manufacturing to achieve significant gains in cost efficiency, speed, and product consistency.\n\nCoordinate projects, including analysis, meetings, and reporting, ensuring timely and effective execution.\n\nCommunicate professionally and effectively in both verbal and written formats, delivering structured and concise reports.\n\nAdapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nApply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements (preferred).\n\nDemonstrate flexibility, quick learning, and openness to new tasks and processes.\n\nExperience in customer CAR 8D report writing is an added advantage.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to manufacturing and production processes.For Senior engineer, minimum 5-7 years of experience.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes.\n\nDesign for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).\n\nRoot Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\n\nProcess FMEA and Control Plan development.\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nEffective communication skills across all levels.\n\nStrong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving proficiency.\n\nAbility to interpret and understand technical drawings.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.\n\nCapable
