This positionis responsible fordesign,documentation, analysis,testingand collaborating across functions to implement advanced technologies in gas purification systems.\nIn this role, theMechanical Systems Engineer will work closely with mechanical, electrical, controls, software, manufacturing, quality, compliance,suppliersand global engineering teams to support new product development, product transfer, qualification, productionreadinessand continuous improvement activities.\nWhatYou’llDo:\nDesign mechanical components,assembliesand sub-systemsfor UHP gas purification systems.\n\nSize and select components asrequiredto meet UHP gas purifier systemdesign, performance, safety,reliabilityand compliancerequirements.\n\nCreateandmaintainsolid models,engineeringdrawings,designspecifications, BOMs,proceduresand other required documents to support development of systems.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including fellow mechanical engineers,controlsengineersand electrical engineers for full systems integration.\n\nUnderstand and support system-level architecture, P&ID, gas flow path,componentfunction, operatingsequenceand subsystem interfaces.\n\nConductanddocument engineering calculations,analysisand simulationsto evaluate system performance,reliabilityand technical feasibility.\n\nSupport testing, validation, qualification, FAT, STP,commissioning, troubleshootingand production build activities as needed.\n\nWork withcomponentsuppliers, manufacturingqualityand operations to ensure products meet design requirements.\n\nSupport product transfer activities, including design package review, BOM structure, routing readiness, documentation gaps, first buildsupportand issue closure.\n\nAnalyze andoptimizepurification processes to enhance efficiency, reduce energyconsumptionand minimize environmental impact.\n\nPrepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, design specifications, test reports, build records, engineeringsummariesand issue trackers.\n\nSupportimplementationofengineering change, drawing updates, production configurationcontroland continuousimprovementinitiatives.\n\nStay updated with the latest advancements in gas purification technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor's or master’sdegree in mechanical engineering ora relatedfield.\n\n5-8 years of experiencepreferredin mechanical engineering with aBachelor’sdegree;or 3-6 years ofrelevant engineeringexperience with aMaster’sdegree.\n\nProficiencyin SolidWorks CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and processes.\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, process, test, or system integration issues during assembly, testing, or commissioning.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.\n\nExperiencewithSAP ERP systems, especially BOMs,routingsand documentation.\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office tools.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advises and mentors less experienced engineers.\n\nAbility to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multipletasksand meet strict deadlines.\n\nDetail-oriented and strong problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and processes.\n\nExperience working in a global company with cross-site collaboration.\n\nA proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.\n\nDraftsight/AutoCAD 2D CAD experienceisa plus.\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical systems engineering principles and purification technologies, with hands-on experience in design and systems optimization, complemented by advanced analytical and simulation capabilities. Advanced understanding of fluid dynamics. Experience with process simulation software.\n\nAdaptability: Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.\n\nAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design,testingand documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.\n\nKey Success Factors:\nAdherence to project schedules andtimelycompletion of design,testingand
