The Role
Entegris is currently seeking aSolution Engineerto join ourWEC applicationteam. This position will be basedinourKTC (Ansan).
In this role, you willsupport New Product Development and Customer support related projects and tasks with hands-on support, experiment execution, and logistics support.
WhatYou’llDo
Execute experiments for new product development and customer support designed and overseen by a senior applications engineer.
Complete regular failure analysis related tasks under the supervision of a senior applications engineer.
Learn and run analytical tools toexpeditetesting (e.g.Liquid Particle Counters, SEM/EDX)
Daily lab activitiesrequiredto enable efficient use of engineering time
May support withlogisticsof materials and products
May help stock materials and supplies in the lab
May help in editing/updating of lab SOP’s
May support inventory tracking of filters - work with applications engineers on stocking of necessary filters.

Analytical equipment background is a plus
Able to follow instructions for experiments and suggest improvements whereneeded

Detail orientated, able to record/analyze quantitative data and make qualitative observations whererequired
