The candidate’s initial primary focus is:\nDevelop and maintain processes, machine, and data for advanced filter production lines in KSP.\nAlign the process and machine data of process equipment with other plants to establish the process flow and control standard for new Filter production lines in KSP-S. \nCreate SOP or work instruction and responsible for the training of production team to handle the operation by following the SOP or WI. \nThe ideal candidate is a proven professional who is energized by fast-paced, high profile projects and possesses both hands-on skills and process development capabilities.\nNeeds to take orientation and training in Entegris facilities, usually in 4~8 weeks to be familiar with Filter cleaning processes.\nOpen to learning a new science and technology and assembly processes with various equipments. \nIn this role you will:\nIdentify and enhance/develop processes for Filter manufacturing line.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, routings, and safety reviews.\nManage key operating performance criteria, yield, performance analysis, FMEA and SPC controls.\nDevelop capital justifications within budget for equipment and technology that either improves or aids in the growth of the business.\nDrive root cause analyses and corrective action plans through the six sigma tools, collaborating with quality, product engineering, manufacturing and sales/marketing.\nLead the technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturing is ready in accordance with Marketing requirements.\nImplement changes properly through V&Q and PCN process.\nIdentify and implement cycle time and yield enhancing activities.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation- operating procedures, test specs, test methods, component drawings.\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nMSc degree in mechanical Engineering fields or engineering related fields.\nHaving at least 3+ years of process/equipment engineering experiences in manufacturing field is preferred.\nMust be proficient in English communication.\nMust be able to travel globally 10%. \nOwn a Lean/Green
