Additionally, the technician will perform decontamination, sampling, filling, and inspecting products. This role will be part of a team that strives to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality while meeting the timeliness of our customer’s desire. Furthermore, the technician will work cross-functionally.\nThe shift for this position is a 3-2-2-3 schedule on days (6am-6pm) or nights (6pm-6am) once fully trained and certified. We have multiple shifts and multiple levels available for this opportunity.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRun purifications systems under specific quality and engineering controls;\nPerform decontamination of manufacturing equipment;\nSample, fill, and inspect final products.\nPull chemistry samples and submit to the lab for analysis;\nFill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finished good product;\nPerform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards;\nPerform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies, cleanup and waste disposal;\nEnsure on-time delivery of low volume products from make to ship;\nPropose and implement process improvements\nWork with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs and maintain spare parts\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We Seek:\nKnowledge of sublimation, decon, valve building, harvesting, fill and morph solids\nGood communication skills, training experience and troubleshooting skills\nThe ability to keep up with daily production demands\nAccountability to have good attendance and consistent daily performance\nDiscipline to follow work instructions and standard operating processes\nA dedication to excellence by being proactive with tasks to keep processes going and a willingness to perform whatever task is needed\nThe creativity and innovation to improve productivity, cost savings, and safety\nA commitment to operating safely and with the highest quality standards.\n Outstanding Candidates Will Have:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus\n2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)\nPrevious chemical handling experience\nPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus;\nKnowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is a plus;\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45000;\nFrequently lift up to 50lbs and push up to 130lbs;\nFlexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multiple tasks\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
