Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company. The successful candidate will provide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nInstalls new or modified equipment at customer's facilityto ensure full functionality accordingto specifications.\n\nProvides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.On duty phone needed and standby for 24 hours on call\n\nMaintains records of performance reports.\n\nAssists in the development of service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and overall knowledge of product.\n\nProvides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.\n\nEnsure customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc. of allEntegrisequipment.\n\nAttend all personal and technical training to maintain a professional level of engineering expertise.\n\nEducation/Experience:\nTwo-yeartechnical school degree in engineering, science or chemistry field requiredand afour-yearCollege Degree is a positive.\n\n3+Experience in field support/serviceof similar experiencewith a capital equipmentcompanyrequired. CVD/CMP/WET moduleEE&PE experience is preferred.\n\nStrong verbal and writtencommunicationand customer interactingskills\n\nSuccessful candidates will typically have the following skill set:\nTeamwork-take responsibility for self and team and delivers on commitments.
