This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.\nIn this role, you will work with the Government Relations team on projects impacting (1) Entegris’ reputation with policymakers; (2) legislation and regulations affecting our operations and (3) efforts to secure incentives for capital projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSummarize legislation and regulations and put into memo form\n\nCreates bios and other briefing materials in advance of meetings with policymakers\n\nWork on strategy to secure positive outcomes in policy or financial objectives\n\nAs necessary, work with other parts of Law Department on IP and Trade Compliance\n\nWhat We Seek\nInterest in state and federal US politics, legislative and regulatory process\n\nBA or pursuit of degree in relevant roles such as criminal justice, government or political science\n\n Eligibility:\nMust be a currently enrolled student\n\nAvailable to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.\n\nMust be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program\n\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
