engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to gather information andvalidatefindings.\n\nPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation of study results and recommendations.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation activities as required.\n\nWhat We Seek\nCurrently pursuing aBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAble to commit to an internship period of at least 24 weeks.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.\n\nGood communicationand interpersonal skills.\n\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.\n\nMinimum CGPAof3.00\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.\n\nExperience with statistical analysis, time studies, or process mapping through coursework or projects.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nA proactive mindset
