This role is pivotal in advancing our internal IT capabilities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic vision.\nWhatYou’llDo:\nAssistin leading cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and ensure accountability.\n\nSupport the development and management of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve on-time, within-budget outcomes.\n\nHelp define project scope,objectives, and deliverables, aligning with Program and Portfolio goals.\n\nUtilize predictive project management methodologies to execute detailed planning and control processes.\n\nProactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks, resolving blockers tomaintainproject momentum and quality standards.\n\nDeliver regular status updates to stakeholders, translating technical progress into business impacts.\n\nDrive process optimization by integrating IT solutions (e.g., cloud platforms, AI tools) with internal workflows.\n\nEnsure compliance with global IT standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.\n\nOperate effectively in early maturity project teams, guiding them throughinitialstages of project management practices.\n\nLead by example in project management transformation,demonstratingbest practices and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedfield.\n\nMinimum4years of project management, business analysis, or Software Development Lifecycleexperience in IT or related fields.\n\nMust have Mandarin Language fluency.\n\nStrong understanding of predictive project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).\n\nProficiencyin project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence).\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.\n\nProventrack recordof supporting team performance and achieving project goals.\n\nExperience working with early maturity project teams and guiding them through project management practices.\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nExperience withscaling project management practices across multiple teams or large organizations.\n\nCSM,CAPM,or PMP.\n\nExperience working with technology solutions within a manufacturing company, preferably within the Semiconductor industry.\n\nProficiencywith tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.\n\nExpertisein projectmanagementcoaching and mentoring.\n\nProven success in driving project management transformations within organizations.\n\nExperience with digitally focused programs, such as Platform development, AI integration, or cloud adoption.\n\nLeadership experience building high-performing teams in dynamic settings.\n\nAbility to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead by example in project management transformation efforts.\n\nAt Entegris we are committed toprovidingequal opportunitytoall employees and applicants.
