The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing projects aimed at improving process yield by reducing variation, enhancing process control, eliminating waste, and optimizing processes to drive efficiency. This role requires a strong background in chemical or industrial engineering, a proven track record in cost savings projects, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProcess Improvement & Optimization:\nIdentify and lead projects focused on reducing variation, enhancing process control, and eliminating waste.\nOptimize chemical purification processes to improve yield and efficiency.\nDevelop and implement a yield monitoring program to quickly detect and address yield losses and variations.\nCost Savings & Project Management:\nDrive cost savings initiatives by analyzing processes and implementing sustainable improvements.\nManage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution.\nPrepare detailed project reports, including cost-benefit analysis and progress updates.\nCollaboration & Leadership:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, product management, and facilities, to implement process improvements.\nLead and mentor team members on best practices for process control and optimization. Data\nAnalysis & Reporting:\nUtilize statistical methods and SPC tools to monitor and analyze process performance.\nIdentify trends and root causes of process variation and recommend corrective actions.\nPrepare and present findings to senior management.\nContinuous Improvement:\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation.\nStay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in a process engineering or lead engineering role, preferably in chemical purification or related\nProven track record in cost savings projects and project management.\nExperience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and yield monitoring systems.\nWilling to travel but less than 10%. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent project management and leadership abilities.\nProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or similar).\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification.\nDriven: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCollaborative: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions.\nDetail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nInnovative: Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.\nWhy work at Entegris?\nLead.
