Job Title: Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering & Data SystemsJob Description: Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering and Data Systems Our site in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering and Data Systems to join our team. The Manufacturing Engineer will support the Hillsboro CMP Polishing Pads factory through data analytics, reporting, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with Manufacturing, Production Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and IT Teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, product quality, and business decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Operations. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain automated analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using PowerBI, JMP, SQL, Ignition, MES, LIMs and other analytical technologies. Provide ad-hoc and one-time analytical support for manufacturing, engineering, production operations, and other teams within the Hillsboro Polishing Pads factory. Analyze complex production, quality, and business datasets to help identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes. Build in
