This role is responsible for successfully transitioning new products and processes from engineering development into high-volume manufacturing through robust process development, validation, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable manufacturing solutions while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop manufacturing process flows including planning, process development, validation strategies, product awareness, quality systems, and automation techniques.\n\nPartner with R&D, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, and Project Management teams to define product success criteria and ensure successful product launches.\n\nLead newproductand process transfers from engineering development through pilot production and high-volume manufacturing.\n\nDevelop and execute Validation and Qualification (V&Q) protocols for new products, processes, and product transfers.\n\nDevelop work instructions, SOPs, manufacturing process documentation, process records, and production controls to support manufacturing readiness.\n\nLead manufacturing readiness assessments and identify gaps to ensure successful scale-up and achievement of IRD/manufacturing targets.\n\nConduct PFMEAs, design reviews, manufacturing assessments, design freeze reviews, and risk mitigation activities to support robust product introductions.\n\nDesign, source, and implement custom fixtures, jigs, assembly tools, and manufacturing solutions to improve productivity and quality.\n\nSupport qualification builds, customer samples, and pilot production activities using standard manufacturing systems and work orders.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis methodologies to improve yield, capacity, cycle time, and process stability.\n\nParticipate in product, tooling, mold, and process design reviews while providing manufacturing-focused feedback and recommendations.\n\nAnalyze manufacturing performance and identify product and process improvement opportunities to optimize quality, cost, and efficiency.\n\nTroubleshoot technical challenges related to products, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes using structured problem-solving methodologies.\n\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key manufacturing processes such as injection molding, ultrasonic welding, CNC machining, inspection systems, laser marking, data collection, and reporting systems.\n\nReview engineering drawings, specifications, FAIR requirements, and critical dimensions to ensure product manufacturability and process capability.\n\nCommunicate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion on schedule and within objectives.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor's orMaster's Degree in Engineeringor a related technical discipline.\n\nMinimum 5+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience, preferably within the semiconductor, high-tech, medical device, or plastics industries.\n\nStrong knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, validation, and high-volume manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and data-driven decision-making methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\n\nExperience with PFMEA, process validation, manufacturing assessments, and production readiness activities.\n\nKnowledge of injection molding products, assembly processes, tooling, and manufacturing process development is preferred.\n\nAbility to review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product requirements.\n\nExperience using engineeringsimulationanalysis tools such as FEA, CFD, and Moldflow software is an advantage.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
