The Project Manager will lead major capital and R&D expansion projects supporting E-chucks and Specialty Coatings across Bedford, Danbury, and Korea, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business needs. The candidate must be able to work effectively in challenging, dynamic project environments while maintaining clear communication and accountability across internal teams and external vendors.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage project activities for installation of new tools and upgrades to existing tools in the U.S. and globally in support of R&D, NPD, process transfer, and manufacturing expansion objectives. \nPartner with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, schedule, budget, constraints, and success criteria. \nBuild and maintain a clear project roadmap, including major milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs. \nLead cross-functional execution with EHS, R&D, Facilities, Operations, Procurement, Quality, suppliers, and external vendors. \nManage equipment installation and qualification activities, ensuring readiness for safe operation, process transfer, and manufacturing handoff. \nTrack project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets while holding internal teams and external vendors accountable to commitments. \nCommunicate project status on a regular cadence, including progress, risks, issues, decisions needed, and recovery plans. \nSupport major capital and R&D expansion projects for E-chucks and Specialty Coatings across Bedford, Danbury, and Korea. \nDrive manufacturing assessment and successful handoff of new equipment and transferred processes, including process documentation, maintenance plans, safety procedures, spare parts, training, and tool matching requirements. \nEnsure projects are executed in alignment with safety, quality, regulatory, business, and budget expectations. \nWhat We Seek:\nA bachelor’s degree in project management or in engineering field, preferably Materials, industrial, mechanical or electrical. \nA minimum of 8 years’ work-related technical experience in Project management in an operations or an engineering set-up. \nDemonstrated success in leading and developing operations/ capex projects involving multiple internal or external (vendor) organizations \nMotivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills \nMust have ability to reach out, communicate and influence personnel at all levels within the organization. \nExperience within Lean and Six Sigma methodologies \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nPMP Certification is preferred \nAbility to travel Domestic/International up to 10% of the time.
