This position will beat the forefront of customer adoption progression of existing and new products, providing technical leadership during launches and commercialization effortsfor Entegris'SPIMaterial SolutionsBusiness Unit.\nResponsibilities:\nTechnical Expertise:\nAct asatechnical expertin Selective Wet Etch and CleanforSurface Preparation and Integration(SPI)inAsia, supporting business operations.\n\nLead customer evaluations, ensuring precise execution and alignment with customer buying motives, presented professionally.\n\nRevenue and Market Growth:\nDevelop strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for Entegris'SPI Materialsolutions inAsia.\n\nTechnical Support and Collaboration:\nProvide the necessary technical and application support during customer qualifications.\n\nPartneringwithaccount managers in product presentations and technical discussions.\n\nIdentify, develop, and prioritizecustomeropportunities using Entegris' value selling process.\n\nActive engagement with key equipment OEMsforcustomer demo andcollaborationfornew business opportunities.\n\nInterfacewithBusiness Unit,andR&Dteamsto ensure the product pipeline is strategically aligned with customer and industry needs\n\nCustomer Relationship Management:\nMaintain a database of customerWetprocessand Entegris products.\n\nConduct regular customer reviews to understand ongoing needs and develop account management plans with account managers.\n\nEstablish strong customer relationships to become the go-to technical resource forWet Etch and Cleanin the region.\n\nEducation and Training:\nEducate customers and colleagues on relevant processsolutionsknowledge.\n\nProduct Positioning and Life Cycle Management:\nTake responsibility for product positioning and life cycle management tomaintainmarket share.\n\nTeam Collaboration and Business Meetings:\nParticipate in business review meetings with theSPIleadership team.\n\nRepresent the region/platform in local and global opportunity reviews.\n\nDrive and advise on technical roadmap discussions with customers.\n\nCollaborate with functional teams such as account managers, supplychainand quality to support customer requirements and operations.\n\nTravel and Revenue Goals:\nTravel withinJapanand to other global locations as necessary to supportcustomer engagement(up to30% travel).\n\nOwn and be accountable for the region'sSPIrevenue goal.\n\nQualifications:(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities,Education,Experience)\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree inchemistry/ chemicalengineering,materialscienceorengineeringwith10+ years of experience inWet Etch and Cleanareain semiconductors processing orfabenvironment/ equipment supplier/ material supplier.\n\nMaster’s degreeor PhD’s degreeinchemistry/ chemicalengineering,materialscienceorengineeringwith8+ years of experience inWet Etch and Cleanareain semiconductors processing orfabenvironment/ equipment supplier/ material supplier.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nExtensiveexperienceonWetEtchand Cleanprocessdevelopmentinadvancedwaferfabenvironment(AdvancedLogic or MemoryVertical/3Darchitecture)or a semiconductor equipment company is preferred.\n\nAnalytical approach to problem solving;
